Orders will typically ship out on the 15th and the 30th of each month, or the next closest business day, however there may be occasional delays due to supply issues.
You should receive your package 1-8 days after shipment date NOT the order date. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us ASAP.
RETURNS
Coffee bags, K-cups, books & personalized merch items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
Non-personalized merch items are eligible for returns or exchanges if requested within 30 days of receiving the item, buyer is responsible for any shipping costs. All merch must be in new condition with any tags/labels/stickers still attached.
