  • SHIPPING COST

    • 1-4 bags $6 flat rate
    • 5+ Bags FREE SHIPPING

  • SHIPPING TIME

    • Orders will typically ship out on the 15th and the 30th of each month, or the next closest business day, however there may be occasional delays due to supply issues.
    • You should receive your package 1-8 days after shipment date NOT the order date. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us ASAP.

  • RETURNS

    • Coffee bags, K-cups, books & personalized merch items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
    • Non-personalized merch items are eligible for returns or exchanges if requested within 30 days of receiving the item, buyer is responsible for any shipping costs. All merch must be in new condition with any tags/labels/stickers still attached.

  • CUSTOM ORDERS

    • Please send us a message about custom order and we will try to accommodate your request.
    • We will try to have custom apparel orders sent out 2 weeks from order date, but this may vary depending on inventory with our supplier. If you request a mockup of your custom order, please allow 1-2 days to receive the mock up.
